It is intrinsic to ExcluServ that the relationship with our clients is open and honest. We strongly believe that both parties must find the relationship beneficial.

ExcluServ is a private profit making company, but works primarily within the Charity and Not for Profit (NfP) sectors and has many shared values with the sector.

Directors and some staff of ExcluServ hold governance positions for charities, and work voluntarily for charities that they personally have chosen to support. Excluserv support our staff in doing this and believe that doing so is ethically right.

ExcluServ will only enter into a contract with a client where we believe that we have the capacity and skills to deliver that contract at a level that we will be proud of, and the client will be pleased with.

ExcluServ will seek to always be open about issues that arise during a project and look to our staff to do the same. Issues and problems will always arise and staff and consultants will not always have the answers to hand – it is good to be able to recognise that, to seek assistance and to find the best way to resolve a problem when it happens.

At ExcluServ we want all of our employees to enjoy working for us. We know this can only be achieved if they are treated with respect, and we are reasonable and supportive towards them in their work. We do not adopt a “blame culture” and believe it is counter-productive to do so.

ExcluServ will only employ people who we are confident, are right for the organisation and who share our ethos.
