ExcluServ introduces candidates from our network of contacts to staff as and when needs arise. We believe that the combination of our extensive knowledge of the client’s operations and the strong network of candidates we have places us in the perfect position to suggest a candidate for a specific role.
Typically, we will have prior working experience with a candidate or an ExcluServ director will interview the candidate before putting the person forward for a position. We believe that as experienced charity accountants we can establish a good match between the client’s needs and the candidates ability.
Our rates are based on a straight 15% of starting salary (including London Weighting and benefits) for permanent staff placements and 15% of the hourly rate for contract staff based on the contractors rate, excluding Employers National Insurance and our commission. We believe that these rates are very competitive within the market and we are willing to discuss the structure with any prospective client.
ExcluServ guarantees not to approach any member of staff from any of our clients for vacant positions elsewhere. Where a member of staff at a client approaches us to find them employment we would always, before offering any assistance, request that they discuss this with their line manager. |
