ExcluServ has been involved in a number of software solutions that include:
- Review, selection and implementation of accounting packages (Infor/SUN, MS Dynamics NAV, MS Dynamics GP, SAGE 50/100/500/1000, Quickbooks, Pastel).
- Integration between accounting and peripheral business systems to reduce error, improve efficiency and improve control e.g. fundraising (Progress, Raisers Edge); trade union membership (bespoke); timesheet, expense and invoicing (TallyPro); events management payments (bespoke); government procurement cards (VISA).
- Automation of the production of management information and annual financial statements via SQL reporting (Excel display), Microsoft Reporting Services, VisionXL and data extracts from proprietary databases.
- Roll out of a web based purchase ordering system with full workflow, on-line approval and document imaging (for over 300 end users).
- Design and development of budgeting tools at various levels including: simple spreadsheet models that consolidate through Excel VBA; more complex multi sheet excel interface with SQL back end; off the shelf or bespoke tools.
- Review and implementation of non financial software and tools of various types including: Programme Management Database, CRM systems, Events Booking system, Project time and cost recording software.
