ExcluServ values every one within the company and this important fact defines who we are, how we function, and the services that we are able to provide.

ExcluServ was founded in 2005. Our three directors are all UK qualified accountants, who prior to establishing ExcluServ worked in the charity sector for a number of years, implementing enhancing and running finance systems. From this experience, we identified the opportunity to bring together our varied skills to the charity sector, where there appeared to be a lack of capacity in tackling challenges faced within the finance function.

ExcluServ have been able to bring onboard exceptionally gifted staff to join the existing team. The consultants vary from highly numerate graduates with no specific finance background, to fully qualified ACMA’s with previous experience of running finance functions. What they all have in common is a focused approach to their work, good communication skills, and an ability to think through and establish a sound solution to a problem.
