ExcluServ understand that training needs to be delivered to users in a way that is directly relevant to their work and which they believe will benefit them personally. If they don't want to be there it is unlikely that they will get much from the day.

 

By delivering our other services, we understand our client's business, build up a rapport with their staff, and find that we are asked to share some of the skills that we have used. Through this we have developed formal and informal training courses for most of our existing clients, and have taken this training to other clients where it has been adapted to meet their needs.

 

In all cases the key attributes of the training include the following

  • Develop and use examples that are directly relevant to the users
  • Avoid following a strict "course" of training materials
  • Maintain a good ratio of trainers to learners
  • Use highly experienced consultants to maintain users confidence
  • Provide good follow on support
